From the church parking lot.
Cross the road and walk past the town hall to join the path which climbs up to the right.
A long, tree-lined climb takes you to the road just outside the hamlet of Canrou.
At the Bosc barn, take the small road to the right and continue uphill.
At Monjou, leave the road and take the path on the left that leads to Cassagnes.
Take the left-hand path down to Canrou.
Follow the same route as at the start.
